Connectors

Connectors sync data from the tools your projects already run on, so revenue, orders, and customers flow into Kordox automatically.

Available connectors

  • Revenue — Stripe, Shopify, PayPal, Square
  • Cash / bank — Plaid (balances feed runway)
  • Infrastructure cost — Cloudflare, AWS Billing, GCP Billing
  • Ad spend — Meta Ads, Google Ads (imported as expenses)
  • Email — capture by forward/BCC + reply from a record (see Email); not a mailbox connector

Connect one

  1. Open a projectConnectors tab.
  2. Click Add connector and pick a provider.
  3. Authorize on the provider's screen (OAuth) or paste an API key, depending on the connector.
  4. Kordox does an initial sync, then keeps data fresh on a schedule.

Sync & manage

  • Manual sync — trigger a refresh anytime from the connector's row.
  • Status — each connector shows last-synced time and any errors.
  • Disconnect — removes access and stops syncing; your already-synced data stays.

Per project

Connectors are scoped to a project, so each project only sees its own connected accounts and data.

What each connector needs

Stripe

Syncs payments, payouts, refunds and fees into real per-venture P&L — read-only.

What you'll need:

  • A Stripe account
  • Owner or admin access to authorize apps

Shopify

Syncs your store's orders and refunds as revenue — read-only.

What you'll need:

  • Your store domain (mystore.myshopify.com)
  • A staff account allowed to install apps

PayPal

Syncs PayPal transactions as revenue.

What you'll need:

  • A PayPal REST app: Client ID + Secret
  • Choose Live or Sandbox

Square

Syncs Square payments and refunds as revenue.

What you'll need:

  • A Square access token
  • Optional: a Location ID to limit to one location

Plaid

Connects bank balances so runway is based on real cash.

What you'll need:

  • Plaid Client ID + Secret
  • An item access token from Plaid Link
  • Environment: production or sandbox

Cloudflare

Tracks Cloudflare usage and billing costs.

What you'll need:

  • A Cloudflare API token with read access
  • Your Cloudflare Account ID

AWS Billing

Pulls AWS cost & usage into the right venture's P&L.

What you'll need:

  • An IAM key allowed to call ce:GetCostAndUsage
  • Access key ID + secret access key

GCP Billing

Pulls Google Cloud spend so infrastructure costs land in the right venture's P&L.

What you'll need:

  • Your Cloud Billing account ID
  • A service account JSON key with Billing Account Viewer
  • For exact costs: a BigQuery billing-export dataset

Meta Ads

Imports Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad spend as a cost so margins and CAC are real.

What you'll need:

  • A Meta account with access to the ad account
  • Permission to grant ads_read

Imports Google Ads spend as a cost for true margin and CAC.

What you'll need:

  • A Google account with access to the Google Ads account
  • Your Google Ads customer ID

Every project, one cockpit.
