Projects & CRM

Each project is its own space with its own CRM, tasks, fields, views, and connectors. No two projects are forced to share a structure.

Core records

  • Leads — potential customers, captured from forms, email, or imports.
  • Customers — converted accounts.
  • Deals — opportunities moving through a pipeline you define.
  • Tasks — work items, with per-project task types (e.g. Bug vs Content) that each get their own fields.

Custom objects & fields

Beyond the built-ins, you can define custom objects (e.g. Properties, Shipments, Episodes) with their own fields — per project. Manage these from a project's Manage fields controls.

Field types include text, number, date, select, relation, and rich media fields: image galleries, video embeds, audio, and file attachments.

Switch how you see work with a click:

  • Gallery — for media-heavy records

Capturing work

  • Public forms — share a link; submissions become leads.
  • Email-to-Kordox — a dedicated address routes mail to a project as leads or tickets.
  • Connectors — sync data from Stripe, Shopify, and more.
