Connect your email

Link your Gmail or Outlook mailbox to work your inbox inside Kordox — read threads, draft replies (with AI), and route incoming mail to the right project.

Connect a mailbox

1. Go to Settings → Email accounts.
2. Click Connect Gmail or Connect Outlook.
3. You'll be taken to Google or Microsoft to sign in.
4. Review what Kordox is asking for (read & send mail on your behalf) and click Allow.
5. You're back in Kordox — your mailbox now appears under Email accounts and begins syncing.

That's the whole process. You don't need to create anything in Google Cloud or Azure — just sign in and approve.

Only your mailbox

Connecting authorizes access to your mailbox only. Each team member connects their own; one person connecting does not expose anyone else's email.

Using connected email

• Inbox — read and reply to threads without leaving Kordox.
• AI draft — generate a suggested reply you can edit before sending.
• Route to a project — incoming mail and tickets can be directed to the right project automatically.
• Disconnect anytime — Settings → Email accounts → Disconnect. This revokes Kordox's access and stops syncing.

Troubleshooting

• "Email isn't set up on this environment yet." The platform hasn't finished enabling the email integration. Contact your Kordox administrator.
• Consent screen warns the app is unverified. During beta you may see a Google "unverified app" notice; continue if you trust your Kordox workspace, or ask your administrator to add you as a test user.
